    Hi Todd, This podcast was an eye opener for me as it made me to think about the audience whom i catering to . You had asked for ideas for future podcasts. One of the things i struggle with is to come up with ideas quickly on problems. I follow Michael michelko a lot where he explains on making your brain think differently from the conventional. I would really appreciate if you can have a podcast for daily or weekly rituals where we can practice creative thinking and condition our brain to think differently?

    Hi Todd, thanks for putting this podcast together. I’ve been thinking a lot about impact these days, and listening to your advice helps me think about how to break down the larger goal into smaller steps like focusing your audience and committing to an outcome.

    These days, I primarily work with educators as a kind of creative consultant… One question I constantly struggle with is the notion of standards and grading. I’d love to hear your thoughts about applying standards to our creative projects, and what kind of data or tools you use to track/ measure your creative growth.

    Bonus question: I just discovered podcasts this year, and have exclusively been listening to your station/channel. Is there one that you listen to that you’d recommend?

      Hmm… measuring creative work is a challenge. The best way is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of what success will look like – the problem you’re solving – then measure against whether or not you solved that problem. There is always a qualitative and quantitative aspect to it, and it will be different for each project. Talk to your stakeholders.
      As far as podcasts for creative pros go, I’d definitely recommend The Moment (Brian Koppelman), The Tim Ferriss Show, Back To Work, Six Pixels of Separation, and 99u Podcast.
