This was a great chat — very eye-opening. I realise how badly I’ve been in the Red Zone lately, compared to recent times when I’ve been in the Green Zone, and how dramatic that effect can be on my own energy. It’s a great way to look at things, and I’m definitely going to check out more research on this topic.
