Great, great interview Todd. Definitely going to read “Leaders Eat Last.” It reminds me of something I learned in a workshop on delegation: “If they work for me, I work for them.” I’ve always thought of this as mostly a practical matter–make it easy for people to do their jobs and they’ll do tasks better and faster–but I can see how important it is for people to know that you “have their back,” and in turn, they’ll have yours.
