Great podcast. A ton of great content there for anyone in a creative or leadership position. man, the more I listen to these the more I like them. Great resource.

The bit about keeping the teams small to ensure a high level of engagement is fantastic. The dudes over at 37 Signals put it in a similar way http://37signals.com/svn/posts/995-if-youre-working-in-a-big-group-youre-fighting-human-nature and I remember Malcolm Gladwell iterating this in one of his books but can’t remember for the life of me which one.

Solid, solid ideas and they make total sense. I have two teams locally; one 13 and one 12 along with a team in BC, QC and east coast Canada all varying from 2 to 10 and the system runs beautifully. Putting it into this context and layering some of the other tips here is great.
