I really enjoyed this podcast. I think that Godin’s idea seems to overlap with the importance of unnecessary creating. Taking the pressure off and saying, “It’s probably not going to turn into anything” is a pretty liberating idea.

I’m curious – what do you think the main reason is that people are afraid to step out and make art?

It inspired me to hop over to his meetup page you linked here and I’m hosting my own Icarus Session here locally in Arizona next week.
